Remote Support is a service that allows us to access your computer securly via the Internet. It enables us to view your screen and operate your PC as if we were sat there with you!
It does not matter if you are down the road or on holiday the other side of the world, if you have a broadband (or equivalent) internet connection, we can look for and resolve various problems that would normally require a call out visit.
